IT Band & Hips : 45 Minute Yoga

Create and maintain ease in the lower body with this IT and outer Hip focused practice!

Props needed: 2x blocks, 1 strap (or 2x big books, 1 scarf 😉

This is one of my favorite trios of movement for opening the body, especially early in a sequence.

Then add a bit more focus of the outer legs. Linger anywhere you feel extra sensation, ie muscle tightness or resistance.
